Summary of the issues discussed:

We discussed the White Paper on environmental governance and biodiversity legislation, which was currently under consultation. With Annie Smith giving an overview of Welsh Gov plans and Kierra Box highlighting legislation already implemented in England, Northern Ireland and Scotland and comparing their governance bodies with Wales’ proposals.
